RegisterLink Solutions was founded by a former employee of the company that developed the RegisterLink Software for Royal. It was created to centralize everything needed to allow your Royal cash register experience to reach its full potentials.
We believe that being able to find all of your product solutions in one easy to manage website will save you time and headaches when finding non-compatible cables. We will soon be adding the entire library of technical support documents previously only available directly from Royal.

We strive for a product that is free from any defects or problems, but we understand that sometimes people change their mind. You may cancel your order at any time prior to the shipping of your product (usually within 1-2 business days of ordering) with no penalty or restocking fee.. Once the product has been delivered, you have 15 days to determine if it is to your satisfaction. If you wish to return the product you first must request an RMA from firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Non-defective merchandise: If the product is not deemed defective, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee + the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
Defective merchandise: Any products that arrive to you DOA will be issued a 100% refund. You must return the product in like-new condition with all packaging and manuals. You will be refunded 100% of the purchase price including shipping. (You will still be responsible for return shipping to us). If determined to be non-defective you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded.
